FOX's 'Stacked' on Track for April Debut The pilot episode hasn't been shot yet, but FOX's Pamela Anderson vehicle "Stacked" will be making its way onto the airwaves in just about six weeks. The show, in which Anderson plays a bookstore employee trying to make a new start in life, is set to premiere at 8:30 p.m. ET Wednesday, April 13. The timeslot, between "That '70s Show" and the "American Idol" results show, would seem to indicate the network has pretty high hopes for "Stacked."Those hopes, though, aren't based on any finished product yet. FOX has had the show on a fast development track from the time it bought the show late last year, committing to six episodes before a pilot script was even finished. The series was originally intended for a summer or fall premiere, but has moved up to April despite the fact that the first episode has yet to film.In the pilot, Anderson's character, Skyler Dayton, wanders into a bookstore called The Stacks to look for advice on how to shed her hard-living ways and string of bad boyfriends. The shop's owner (Tom Everett Scott, "Philly," "That Thing You Do!") sees her as the embodiment of superficiality, but his brother and co-owner (Brian Scolaro, "Three Sisters") is so taken with Skyler that he offers her a job."Hairspray" star Marissa Jaret Winokur and Christopher Lloyd ("Taxi," "Back to the Future") round out the cast. Steven Levitan ("Just Shoot Me," "Oliver Beene") and Jeffrey Richman ("Wings," "Frasier") are the executive producers.
